Refund policy

Our promise

If your set arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us at support@bearbaddie.com. We'll send you a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Wrong size

If your set doesn't fit, email us at support@bearbaddie.com within 30 days of delivery with the size you need and we'll help you swap it.

Anything else

If something else isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to put it right.

For hygiene reasons, worn lingerie can only be returned if it arrived damaged, faulty or in the wrong size.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

30-Day Guarantee (optional add-on)

If you added the 30-Day Guarantee and your set stops working within 30 days of delivery, email support@bearbaddie.com and we send a new one free. It is refunded if your order is cancelled before it ships.

Shipping Protection (optional add-on)

If you added Shipping Protection and your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email support@bearbaddie.com and we send a new one free.
